Shipping policy

Standard delivery is a one person ground floor delivery. 

We try to supply two delivery people but this is dependent on item ordered and its size and your location.

Ground floor delivery is standard. Should you have access issues or more than just ground floor delivery please contact prior checking out so we can confirm delivery can meet your requirements.

Delivery teams are independent companies , they are not working for Vintage Cozy Home, NOT set up the item.  Should you require extra help setting item up please get in touch so we can arrange.
